What if I want to upgrade from Basic to Design Circle?
Pick the new tier. Stripe prorates automatically. You only pay the difference for the remaining days.
How do private sales work?
We email a sealed link, password, and window time. Inventory is first-come, first-serve. Design Circle members get a 2-hour head start on Premium.
Is shipping really free?
Basic: free over $500. Premium: free over $300. Design Circle: always free, including white-glove placement. All shipments are insured and include room-of-choice delivery.
